\u00bfQu\u00e9 objetivo tiene?<\/h3>\n

Su compromiso hacia el proyecto integral como centro internacional, su iniciativa, la responsabilidad social que demuestran en cada una de sus acciones y el ser capaz de dar lo mejor de ellos mismos cada d\u00eda son s\u00f3lo algunos de los rasgos diferenciadores que definen a este equipo de trabajo, quedando de manifiesto en cada una de las decisiones que toma.<\/span><\/p>\n

En este \u00f3rgano decisorio se exponen, discuten, consens\u00faan y aprueban propuestas de \u00e1mbito curricular, educativo y docente<\/strong>, permitiendo reflexionar las mismas desde diferentes puntos de vista y adoptar las medidas m\u00e1s adecuadas para el desarrollo acad\u00e9mico y personal de los alumnos, asegurando el bienestar permanente, tanto desde el punto de vista acad\u00e9mico como personal, de los alumnos y profesores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, es funci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n Educativa e Innovaci\u00f3n Docente organizar y coordinar paulatinamente cualquier cambio en el \u00e1rea acad\u00e9mica-pedag\u00f3gica, incorporando procesos de participaci\u00f3n en el profesorado y de esta forma detectar problemas, proporcionar soluciones as\u00ed como guiar y supervisar los objetivos establecidos siempre en l\u00ednea con la MISI\u00d3N\u00a0 de New Castelar College.<\/p>\n

Son los miembros del Comit\u00e9 de Direcci\u00f3n Educativa e Innovaci\u00f3n Docente, con su ejemplo, los iniciadores de cualquier proceso de cambio en beneficio de la Comunidad Educativa de New Castelar College.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
